Following the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act, a refund can only be given if the centre is unable to provide the service that has been booked and paid for. With this in mind, students should expect to complete all lessons that they have paid for. Alternatively students will be offered vouchers to the value of their overpayment so that they can use the lessons at some time in the future.
